DUTA Press Release: 18.09.2019

In the first meeting of the newly elected members of the DUTA Executive held on 18.09.2019, the following Office Bearers were elected:

Vice President: Alok Ranjan Pandey
Secretary: Rajinder Singh
Joint Secretary: Prem Chand
Treasurer: Abha Dev Habib

The following members were co-opted as Members of the DUTA Executive:

1. Anju Jain (Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College)
2. Amit Singh (Shyamlal College Eve)
3. Biswajit Mohanty (Deshbandhu College)
4. Sanjeev Kumar Kaushal (IGIPESS)
5. Taha Yasin (Ram Lal Anand College)

The DUTA will soon hold the meeting of its Executive to take up teachers’ issues including one-time Regulation for Absorption, Promotion with counting of past service, 28th August letter pertaining to Guest teacher recruitment even against substantive posts, New Education Policy (NEP), stopping of illegal recoveries, stepping up and release of pension on a war footing. The DUTA will chalk out a series of action programmes in consultation with Staff Associations to take forward the movement on these crucial issues.
