Dear friends,

As you are aware, many colleagues had applied for their first/second promotion as per MPS 1998 and also faced the selection committees for the same. However their cases could not be operationalised owing to various reasons.

You are hereby requested to inform all such affected colleagues in your college to attend a meeting in the DUTA Office on September 18, 2020 at 11 am so that their pending cases of promotions can be discussed and effective steps are taken to expedite the process.
