Sub: Regarding WUS University Health Centre and Medical Facilities

Dear Prof. Tyagi,

We write to you to request you that certain measures be taken by the University Health Centre during the lockdown so that employees are not put to any difficulty for obtaining regular medicines.

1. The Health Centre may disburse OPD medicines to the beneficiaries for a period of 3 months so that they do not have to come repeatedly for the same.

2.  Those beneficiaries who wish to purchase the OPD medicines from their local chemists may be allowed to do so and be reimbursed without any certificate of availability or otherwise so that they do not have to visit the premises unnecessarily.

These measures may be taken for a period of 3 months to facilitate ease of obtaining medicines during the period of the lockdown and later.
