We enclose the schedule for the forthcoming DUTA elections as
recommended by the DUTA Executive in its meeting held on July 21, 2019 and
approved by the Election Officer.

1. Please
ensure that the complete list of names of teachers is sent to the DUTA Office before 5.00
p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2019, along with DUTA subscription for
2017-19 of Rs. 480/- per teacher (ie Rs 20/- per month x 24
months) so that they can have the right to vote in the forthcoming DUTA
Elections. Along with the hard copy of the list of names, please send the list
in word document to [email protected].

For casting his/her vote, the voter must bring the Photo
Identity Card issued by the Department/College/Institution or photo I-card on
