Delhi University Notification, 23 January 2018

For the last few years, non-teaching contract employees of the University of Delhi were being denied medical facilities under the WUHS. Today, in the ICH meeting, it was decided to reverse the earlier decision of not extending medical facilities to our non-permanent karamchari friends. Hope that the decision is implemented at the earliest. DUCKU-DUTA Zindabad!

The attempt to make monthly contribution to avail medical facilities mandatory for all employees was also foiled for the time being.

On a different note, the notification for the enhancement of superannuation age for doctors was finally notified by the University and in doing so, our friends, too, will now retire at 65 years.
